Hagoo (the "App") is an app that supports family task management and motivation building. This Privacy Policy explains how our service collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Our service may collect the following information.

• Account information: Email address, password (hashed), display name
• Profile information: Avatar image (preset or uploaded)
• Usage data: Task completion status, point history, reward request content
• Device information: Push notification token, device language setting
• Payment information: Premium plan purchase status (payment details are managed by Apple / Google / Stripe)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes.

• Providing core app features (task management, point rewards, reward exchange)
• Sending push notifications (submission confirmations, approvals, etc.)
• Managing Premium plan subscriptions
• Improving service quality and responding to incidents
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases.

• When you have given your consent
• When disclosure is required by law
• When sharing with service providers necessary for providing the service (Supabase, Expo, RevenueCat, Stripe, etc.)

Task information, point information, and avatar images are shared among members within the same Home (family group).

5. Data Storage and Deletion

User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). To delete your account, please contact us via the Support page. Upon account deletion, related data will be promptly removed.

6. Security

Our service employs appropriate security measures, including SSL/TLS encrypted communications and database access control via Row Level Security (RLS). However, we cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App operates as a native application and does not use conventional cookies. Session tokens from Supabase Auth are used to maintain authentication state.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for families, and data for children under 13 is managed under the supervision of a guardian (Leader). Children's accounts are created and managed by their guardian, and children are not required to enter email addresses or personal information directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be changed without prior notice. If there are significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Policy.
