What is the difference between the Free and Premium plans?
The Free plan allows up to 1 Leader and 1 Member, with access to daily challenges, special challenges, and up to 3 reward requests per month.
The Premium plan supports up to 5 Leaders and 50 Members, and unlocks all features including custom challenges, lottery, history, complete bonuses, and comments.
How do I add a member using an invite code?
Log in with a Leader (parent) account, then go to the "Add Member" screen to generate an invite code. Share the code with the person you want to add. They should select "Join a Home" in their app and enter the code.
Invite codes expire 24 hours after they are issued.
How do I purchase or cancel a Premium plan?
iOS (App Store): Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage your subscription.
Android (Google Play): Open the Play Store app → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions to manage your subscription.
After canceling, you can continue to use Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained after expiration, but Premium-only features will no longer be available.
What should I do if points are not awarded or deducted correctly?
Please restart the app and refresh the screen. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and contact us using the form below.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is currently handled through our support team. Please contact us via the form below with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered.
What should I do if I'm not receiving push notifications?
Please check the following.
- Notification settings in the app (Settings → Notifications) are turned on
- The app is allowed to send notifications in your device's system settings
- Airplane mode or Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled
If the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in.
What if I forgot my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot your password?" to send a password reset email to your registered email address. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
Does Hagoo provide the rewards itself?
No — rewards are decided freely within your family. Allowance, treats, screen time, special outings… Leaders (parents) set them up and Members (children) trade their saved points for them.
Hagoo just provides the app to manage this; we don't supply the rewards (money, goods, etc.) ourselves. The content and handoff of each reward are entirely between family members.
